Application Developer Advisor - RxClaim Adjudication

Position Summary
As an Application Development Advisor - RxClaim Adjudication you will help lead and coordinate projects within the Pharmacy Business Management (PBM) division of CVS Health. You will be responsible for the quality and cohesion of solution architecture components, along with the technical disciplines, including AS/400 and Cobol, to ensure that processes are in alignment with the IT standards and specialty systems.
You will drive the project activities, including implementation, design, coding, and deployment while partnering with both on-shore and off-shore resources. You will ensure that project capacity is being met and conduct due diligence reviews.
In additional to analyzing alignment of technological solutions with business goals and objectives, you will provide technical direction and leadership to Application Development teams, ensuring cost-effective solutions are being utilized.
This position is located in Richardson, TX.
Additional responsibilities of the Application Development Advisor - RxClaim Adjudication include:
* Ensuring effective data integration across multiple applications.
* Leading, designing, developing, and maintaining software applications critical to the operations of the company.
* Managing the software development life cycle (SDLC) process including estimation, designing analysis and reviewing test results to ensure alignment of quality requirements and functionality.
* Providing expertise on benchmarked solutions to multiple complex technical projects and initiatives using interlocking technologies.
* Solving highly technical complex problems for multiple projects and teams.
* Mentoring Junior developers and Leads.
