Jobing Description

Position Responsibilities:

• Produce policies in compliance with state regulations


• Create plan brochures and supporting plan documents for print using publishing software (i.e. - Quark Xpress)


• Responsible for meeting service level agreements for creation, review and delivery of plan materials


• Work closely with matrix partners (Compliance, Underwriting, and Customer Delivery) to identify and resolve discrepancies


• Work directly with Sales to produce requested plan materials for external clients

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative role


• 1+ year experience working in a professional deadline driven environment


• Advanced MS Word & Excel skills


• High School or GED required

Assets:

• Insurance industry experience


• Quark Xpress skills


• Healthcare industry experience
