- Process request for customer set up on various client systems
- Monitor failure queues, mailboxes and databases to ensure all items are cleared in a timely manner (within SLA)
- Modify customer information based on daily maintenance requests (address, tax identification number)
- Proactively communicate with LOB requesters to ensure creations and data amendments meet minimum standards
- Verify that corrections and modifications in data are fed to various systems
- Query various processing systems to ensure duplicate client accounts are not created and/or maintained
- Analyze and maintain all customer matches within a set of client identifiers and combine customers when necessary
- Create and maintain procedure documents and help drive control-centric environment
- Assist with training documents and training staff on new and revised processes
- Modify supervisory review rejections in a timely manner
- Use product knowledge to resolve unique or challenging issues on an individual needs basis
- Participate in UAT testing, pass/fail reporting, raising and tracking of defects and resolution
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Operations with products, reference data, systems and credit
- Ability to learn and use multiple, complex databases and systems in a relatively short timeframe
- Strong client focus and relationship-building skills across lines of business and levels
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Able to communicate articulately, both written and verbally, to all levels of staff and management, and influence and support decisions
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to recognize and appropriately escalate issues and discrepancies
- Strong analytical ability
