Jobing Description

We are looking for a reliable, well-rounded Helpdesk technician to support our clients with remote and onsite support. The primary job function are systems and end user support for Windows environments. This position is responsible for delivering operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction are essential to success in this role.

Skills / Requirements

  • 3 years helpdesk experience
  • Answer helpdesk calls, emails and assist users.
  • Install, configure, maintain and repair computer related hardware - Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Battery Backups, Monitors, keyboard, Mice and Network MFP Printers.
  • Setup and configure new user computer systems, according to IT Checklist Standards.
  • Setup and support remote user’s VPN network connections. (Wired & Wireless)
  • Setup user desktop telephones and voice mail on VOIP system,
  • Maintain and Update Company’s IT Assets
  • Support Microsoft office applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point), O365
  • Troubleshooting LAN/WAN in a windows infrastructure
  • Excellent Written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows/Server 2008-12, windows7-10, Active Directory and protocols such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds
  • Experience with Avaya Phone Systems
  • LogMeIn Knowledge
  • Watch

Required Certifications:

  • A+ Certification
  • Net+ Certification

Preferred:

  • MCP in Any Windows server core

Valid Drivers license and Insurance

Guard Firewall knowledge
