Positions in this function are involved in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and/or ongoing support. Responsible for one or more areas of complex ERP projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous ERP implementation and support issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that ERP system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements
  • Ability to design and present complex solution to various stakeholders
  • Ability to propose creative solutions to complex problems in multi-system environments

Documentation Skills:

  • Possess good documentation skills using Microsoft word, Visio and other available tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology
  • Ability to create functional design documents such as MD050
Communication Skills:
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication
  • Candidate should possess leadership and presentation skill in order to conduct effective meetings
Oracle ERP Module Expertise:
  • Order Management
  • Oracle Inventory
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience Oracle Order Management
  • 5+ years’ experience Oracle Inventory, Purchasing
  • 3+ years’ experience Oracle Financials
  • 5+ years’ experience Oracle PL / SQL
  • Strong understanding of Database Entity Relationship
  • Strong understanding Oracle AIM methodology
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Web-services
