Jobing Description

Position Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Define and document business processes and projects
  


• 
  
  Consult with business departments to identify requirements
  


• 
  
  Define project scope and objectives
  


• 
  
  Model business processes (current and future)
  


• 
  
  Evaluate system changes for downstream system and/or organizational impacts
  


• 
  
  Prioritize and track all issues to resolution
  


• 
  
  Escalate issues to the Project Manager as appropriate
  


• 
  
  Provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes
  


• 
  
  Participate in prototyping solutions to provide the business unit a preliminary evaluation and/or user interface experience
  


• 
  
  Work with the business to identify minimum performance expectations and service levels
  


• 
  
  Develop and maintain working relationships at all levels of the business unit
  


• 
  
  Validate that all functions perform according to the relevant specifications
  


• 
  
  Acquire and maintain working knowledge of databases, file systems and architecture that support the application
  


• 
  
  Facilitate and or assist with group meetings
  


• 
  
  Manage small to medium projects from inception through implementation
  


• 
  
  Manage organizational change
  


• 
  
  Comply with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
  


• 
  
  Provide required problem and status and time reporting

  IT Project Management experience is desired.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of equivalent experience


• 1+ year of Business Analyst experience


• 1+ year of project management experience


• 1+ year experience working with cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams

Assets

• Ability to quickly gain creditability and partner with business clients


• Ability to manage relationships across the enterprise IT teams
