Jobing Description

Sabio Systems seeks a well trained, professional Technical Support - Lead/ Supervisor for a well established and highly respected company in Albuquerque.

In this position you will provide and oversee configuration and maintenance of hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices, office phones, faxes, etc.), user support, the removal of viruses, and resolving issues relating to Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and other various desktop applications.

Technical Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Knowledge and comprehensive skills with a high level of knowledge in Windows 10, 7, XP, as well as, Microsoft Office Software.

Knowledge of networking and port configuration is highly desirable.

iPhone and iPad configuration and setup, office phone programming, and providing end-user training for systems and software products.

Ticketing System management

Requires a professional demeanor, strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills, and excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have demonstrated success in working independently as well as a part of a team, and the ability to work against firm deadlines.
