Membership Specialist Responsibilities Include:

* Maintain membership records including processing membership applications, renewals, transfers and payments
* Resolve billing and payment discrepancies and credit card disputes
* Provide support to employees and customers concerning membership issues

Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.

If the following describes you...

* Minimum one year in data entry and billing and cash application, preferably in a membership or customer service environment
* Knowledge of database systems
* Experience with 10-key by touch
* Experience cash remittance processing
