Create and support an integrated, highly tuned, easy to use Unified Communication infrastructure. Responsible for participating in the planning, design, developing, and implementation of assigned strategic technical initiatives and projects, as it pertains to the user experience from Unified Communications technologies. Provide support for a high level team of IT Communication Engineers mentoring them to fulfill and deliver all assigned initiatives, and effectively supporting the growing adoption of Unified Communications technologies. Accountable to collaborate with technical staff and clinical staff to develop and create workflows that meet the highest levels of patient and clinical outcomes using collaborative technologies as the tools. Responsible for project management of a team of multidisciplined Unified Communication Engineers to fulfill many of the challenging assigned strategic initiatives identified and approved.

    What You Bring/Job Requirements

    In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

    Minimum Experience Requirements
    10 years of experience within their area of technical responsibilities, in conjunction with project management, mostly within large enterprise environments
    3 years of experience performing supervisory role as a technical lead
    Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills
    Strong critical thinking skills; ability to quickly comprehend problems, develop hypotheses, draw logical conclusions, develop solutions, and respond accordingly

    Education Requirement:

    HS Diploma/GED - Required

    Bachelors - Required

    Physical Requirements:

    Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
