Job Description
The IT Warehouse Support Anayst will be part of a team supporting our colleagues at all our centers. As part of our team, he/she will provide support on a variety of levels, including but not limited to inventory, shipping & receiving. Maintaining a min/max level for our technicians at the Business Integration Center in Smithfield.
This role encompass support to all our hCVS and hAetna sites

* Order and track IT expense items
- Maintain a SharePoint site of 145 unique items
- Create a weekly order to replenish stock
- Approve and track purchase orders
- Work with Insight team to smooth receiving of back ordered equipment
- Order Capitol equipment that is stored in Insight COI as needed (Laptops, desktops, etc.)

* Order Warehouse supplies
- Maintain stock levels of paper supplies
- Order shrink wrap and bubble wrap as necessary
- Order packing tape and computer cleaning supplies as necessary

* Provide Desktop Support and Executive Support with one-off equipment as needed
- This can be either an email or message in Skype

* Complete all MyIT and Service Now requests.
- These tickets are for field and Corp. Users who require additional equipment after initially new user setup.
- These include printers, scanners, dual monitors, DVD burners, memory upgrades, and accessories (docks, keyboards, mice, etc.)
- These also include DC parts such as scanners, batteries, headsets and assorted cables

* Dispose of bad hard drives
- Using a black marker, black out all bar codes on each drive except for the serial number
- Put all serial numbers into disposal spreadsheet
- E-Mail the spreadsheet to IT Asset Disposal
- Following approval, work with designated recycle company to remove hard drives from the warehouse

* Dispose of obsolete/defective equipment
- We receive all manner of IT equipment that is no longer needed in the company, for a variety of reasons
- Categorize each piece of equipment, serialized or not, into a spreadsheet
- The spreadsheet will need Make, Model, Serial number, Good/Bad, Hard drive information, and if it’s non-serialized, quantity.
- Wrap each pallet and label it with a unique identifier
- Once 24 pallets have been created, send the spreadsheet to IT Asset Disposal
- Following approval, work with designated recycle company to remove equipment from the warehouse.

* Manage ITAM
- Work with management to ensure all equipment in the BIC warehouse is updated in ITAM
- Retire old/defective assets in ITAM when compiling disposal pallets
- Run disposal wizard when equipment is sent to recycling company
- Teach new technicians how to use ITAM

* Keep all everyday use equipment stocked for the team
- Make sure that all equipment can be easily reached and is properly labeled
- Organize the warehouse to best take advantage of limited space; create a flow plan that makes sense for each of the groups in the building.

* Organize all equipment coming into the warehouse from Corp.
- This equipment includes equipment pickups, terminations, upgrades, Desktop Support and Executive Support
- Scan all serialized assets in Excel and update them in ITAM
- Retire all serialized assets that will not be reused
- Clean and box all LCD monitors after testing them to insure good working order
- Put obsolete/broken equipment into correct locations around the warehouse
- Organize cables of all equipment that can be reused (laptop power cords, etc.)

* Receive all shipments into the warehouse.
- UPS box truck
- FedEx box truck
- Staples box truck
- All freight trucks (ABF, FedEx, Ceva, etc.)

* Complete all shipping in the warehouse.
- UPS shipping twice daily.
- ABF Freight shipping as necessary.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of Warehouse experience, preferably mid to
expert level.
* 3+ years’ experience working knowledge of warehouse processes.
* 3+ years of experience with MS Office 2013/O365, IT Asset Manager

Preferred Qualifications
* ITIL Foundations preferred
* 2+ years support experience desired.
* Self-starter that is able to collaborate actively with others
in a cross-functional team.
* Proven attention to detail and high standards for quality.
* Highly skilled in documenting written steps and instructions.
* Previous experience with Service Now and or HP Service Manager for ticketing work

High school diploma or equallivant
