Job Description
The Level 1 Network Operations Store Support Technician will report to the NOC Lead/Operations Manager and be responsible for providing Level 1 phone support, network monitoring and technical support.

Shift schedules vary and all candidates need to be flexible with their schedule.

Key Responsibilities of the Level 1 Network Operations Store Support Technician include:
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the monitoring tools
* Monitor automated and end user incident and outage reporting, troubleshoot and resolved problems.
* Documents problems, completes problem tickets and requests information in the support tools
* Provide superior support by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems and requests within service level agreements
* Single point of contact for all communications and escalations
* A strong team player who is accountable towards business urgency, work in shifts to provide onsite 24x7 coverage to stores, be flexible to work beyond stipulated hours.;
* Ability to type 30 words per minute

Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of educational or technical experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in working in a Call Center
* Technical Certifications (Network and/or Cisco)
* Technical Degree or previous technical work experience preferred

Education
High School Diploma or GED
