Job Description
As a Pharmacy Technician - Member Services, you will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for Customer Care and plan participants before the required pharmacist involvement for general questions that are clinical based. The Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensuring all patient’s questions are answered in a timely manner. The Pharmacy Technician position is responsible for answering request in a timely manner as well as keeping proper detailed records regarding any participant/prescriber interaction.
As part of the Pharmacy Technician - Member Services Team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your Pharmacy Technician skills and experiences to work in a fast paced call center work environment. CVS is a national leader in the pharmaceutical field, and you will be leading an innovative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information technologies and channels.

Required Qualifications
Must have an active Texas Pharmacy Technician Registration or Trainee License

At minimum 6 months experience in a CVS assigned temporary/contingent role in identical or similar position

Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician experience
- Call Center Experience

Education
High school Diploma or GED Required
