THE OPPORTUNITY:

Freedom Financial Network is looking for an Strategic Analytics Lead to join the Enterprise Analytics team and drive valuable insight for our Senior Leadership. We are a data driven organization committed to supporting and facilitating that growth through analytics and insights.

This role will offer you the opportunity to work with a highly analytical and collaborative Analytics team. You will play a key role in providing data and insight to senior leaders supporting business decisions to move the organization forward. This level of exposure will offer interesting requests and challenges that allow you to grow and further your analytics / problem solving skills while learning the fundamentals of corporate finance and strategy.

THE ROLE:

The Strategic Analytics Lead plays a critical role in developing business drivers, uncovering vital insights, and delivering critical analysis that will lead to data-informed decisions and guide business strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership, department heads and teammates to use data to drive the success of the organization. Your expertise will influence decisions made at the highest levels of the company.

  • Collaborate with executive management on weekly SWAT initiatives (hottest / most impactful / pressing issues for the organization). This entails solving challenges with deep dive analytics.
  • Driving our sales organization to higher levels by developing initiatives like Contact strategy/Lead Routing/Quality of Lead Sources/Agent Behavior.
  • Not just Data! Learn how the business operates at a strategic and corporate financial level.
  • Working with our product team to develop, implement, and measure new functionality that drives core business OKR’s.
  • Able to communicate complex analysis and insights to various stakeholders inside and outside of analytical teams
  • Provide analysis and recommendations through deep-insights based on data analysis and independent discovery

REQUIREMENTS/CHARACTERISTICS:

  • 5-10 years relevant professional experience in any of the following: I., data science, statistical analysis, machine learning or enterprise reporting (SQL,R,Python,SAS)

Must have experience in working with senior leaders to determine business opportunities by using data analytics.

  • High intellectual curiosity, advanced analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
  • Diverse / hybrid background is a plus for this position (exposure to finance/technology/engineering/product)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and direction. Goes after initiatives tenaciously
  • Understanding of decision trees, segmentation, regression and other intelligent decision models used to analyze customer response behaviors, interaction patterns and propensity
