Sodexo is searching for a Clinical Technology, Solutions Account Director to support our growth strategy for our Hospital business segment. This position will work with our operations and sales teams to understand share of wallet growth in current CTM accounts and create a strategic plan, collateral and value statements to secure additional scope. The successful candidate will be able to Identify clinical technology related projects and provide technical support to the Sales Team to develop innovative and effective technical solutions for targeted Healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities include:

    -Providing technical support to the Sales Team by developing solutions in the areas of replacement of aging equipment and reconfiguring of existing systems to accommodate expansion needs;
    - realignment of existing systems to achieve operational efficiencies;
    - teaming with operations constituents in the areas relating to financial management, people management, account development and operations.

As the CTM Solution development lead for Sodexo, this manager will be responsible to provide growth management and strategy for their assigned territory. The Clinical Technology Solutions Account Director is responsible for developing and maintaining critical relationships within the hospital system. This role is ideal for individuals who have significant experience in a complex healthcare CTM operational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of growing a business and building critical, trusting relationships and influencing decision makers.

This is a virtual (home office) position and can be based anywhere within the continental United States.

Due to the travel requirements (up to 30%), living near a major airport is essential. No relocation is provided with this position.

Position Summary

Facilitates the business strategy planning session, data analysis and training at the operational accounts. Provides guidance and mentorship to field management. Helps determine strategy direction for account and monitor results. Assists unit management in developing account business plan. Develops analytical management tools for the Division. Provides systems training to field management. Conducts unit operational assessments and financial analysis.
