Job Description
The System Admin will perform the following tasks: 
Maintain system IT assets for development lab 
Maintain system accountability and web based asset tracking.
Assist in Implementation Guides (STIGs)/Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) and related checklists.  
Makes on-line and off-line configuration changes in support of operations
Prepare status reports for lab string functionality and coordinate with engineers
Provides system technical recommendations and impact analysis to users

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master’s degree.
•Experience installing, configuring, or managing IT hardware
•Network and/or DevOps experience
•Windows Operating System experience
•Red Hat/Linux operating system knowledge
•Experience with Windows multi-level Active Directory and Domain Name Service administration

•Coordinate, perform, and document day-to-day database administration activities
Experience with SolarWinds SEM/NTM/NPM platforms
•Ability to support database administration of various database platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft
•Experience with LAN/WAN network architecture, services, and functionality is required
•Experience cloning and reimaging Windows and Solaris servers is a plus.
•Experience with any of the following platforms/applications is a plus: Oracle, LINUX, Dell System Platforms, Cisco and Juniper switch platforms, NetApp.
