Advertised Job Title
a. Ensure that all information systems are managed, operated and used IAW DISA STIGS and other applicable policies and procedures.
b. Support all Access Control Facility (ACF2) RACF, Top Secret Security (CA TSS) Access Control Products (ACP) utilized by the information systems
c. Use DISA approved tools to plan, conduct, review, analyze and correct findings in support of STIG reviews Security Readiness Reviews (SRR).
d. Use DISA approved applications/tools to track the security posture of managed assets.
e. Provide technical oversight and consultation regarding security risk management posture of managed assets.
f. Provide audits and inspection of the government to include attending meetings, participating in review with auditors and providing artifacts and evidence.
g. Coordinate and assist technical support staff in the installation, maintenance and security on all system products.
h. Perform security reviews on new products to ensure compliance with DISA se-curity requirements.
i. Create and maintain access and account profiles for both individual and system resources.
j. Provide detailed plan and methodology for implementing and maintaining ac-cess controls for each assigned ACP.
k. Develop and publish testing plans for implementing controls as well as docu-menting actions for continued maintenance and review.
l. Review audit reports and records IAW policy and report deviations of security practices
m. Promptly report security violations IAW with specific security requirements for reporting incidents and violations.
n. Develop, plan and implement processes for managing the life-cycle of certifi-cates on information systems.
o. Use DISA approved tools and follow policies for Change, Incident and Service Requests.
p. Provide support and documentation for the creation, maintenance, implementa-tion, and enforcement of all DoD, DISA and site-specific security policies, pro-cedures and processes.
q. Provide required support for disaster recovery COOP exercises. This includes creation, interpretation, and updating documentation of COOP/disaster recovery processes and procedures to perform tabletop simulations and actual recovery of IBM Mainframe platforms.
*Must have an active Secret Clearance*
Must currently possess one of the IAT Level 2 certifications:
- CompTIA Security+ CE
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math and seven years' experience with ACF2, CA TSS, and RACF in a large IBM mainframe environment.
Ten years' experience with ACF2, CA TSS, and RACF in a large IBM mainframe environment.
