Manages the development, implementation, delivery and outcomes for organizational initiatives that are designed to improve individual and organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Supervises assigned professional, support and supervisory positions. Leads assigned project teams toward organizationally defined outcomes. Represents training and organizational services to all internal, external customers, consultants or partners and community organizations. Leads training and quality initiatives at multi-site locations throughout the nation.
*Responsible for building effective teams and providing direct supervision to assigned staff.
*Provides guidance and direction to supervisory staff to ensure successful implementation of organizational goals.
*Provides oversight and guidance at a national level to ensure consistency and quality in all training initiatives and customer experiences.
*Demonstrates and transfers topic knowledge to the staff with a focus on continuous learning and leadership development.
*Conducts regular assessment regarding effectiveness of quality program, including evaluation, implementation plans and coaching.
*Drives quality and production outcomes to meet training and organizational effectiveness program standards and expectations. Accountable to achieving assigned business objectives.
*Consults and works in partnership with internal clients to increase organizational capabilities and competence.
*Uses specific human and organizational performance improvement interventions to lead the analysis, identification, prioritization and closure of existing or anticipated performance gaps.
*Recommends, designs, implements, and evaluates learning programs and initiatives intended to ensure organizational and division goals are met.
*Creates tools, models, training programs, etc. that build capability through training and quality programs.
*Assists in developing and maintaining the training budget.
*Performs other functions as required.
*Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or Healthcare Administration preferred or eight (8) years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
*5 years experience corporate training and business management. Relevant experience must demonstrate high competency in the following skill areas: organizational design and competency framework implementation; quality analysis and improvement plan administration, return on education investment analysis; project management of high impact, cross-functional, projects and organizational initiatives through sound change management and organizational effectiveness strategies.
*Additional skills include the ability to build trust and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills throughout a broad based of service enterprises; the ability to multi-task in a highly integrated environment and
*Desired Skills: Experience in training evaluation tools and techniques.
