Education:
Essential:
* High School Diploma or GED

  

Other information:
Bachelors degree in related field preferred. In Lieu of degree, requires at least 5-7 years experience in healthcare or business operations. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Operations preferred

Summary:
Provide business system user support to the PHS Enterprise specific to Revenue Cycle initiatives. Formulates and defines workflow, scope and objectives based on both business needs, and an understanding of business systems and regulatory requirements; Includes analysis of business needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Assist in the implementation of business applications for specific systems and Revenue Cycle workflows. Investigate and provide review and findings for best practices of new application functions and understanding of user requirements and workflows.
