Responsible for the coordination of clinical education instructional technology including prioritization of technology usage, scheduling learning events, set-up, maintenance, technology usage instruction, and troubleshooting. Responsible for database management for clinical education including entry, data analysis, and managing learning data for clinical education services, creation of scorecards for tracking impact of services. Responsible for supporting computer based training development and deployment. Responsible for web site development and upkeep
*Coordinates technology supporting educational events including collaboration of prioritizing of need, scheduling, set-up, troubleshooting, tracking, storage. Technology includes: teleconferencing, learning management systems, web meeting, mobile applications, simulation equipment and technology related to clinical education.
*Serves as a resource to clinical educators and designated staff on use of above listed technology.
*Provides instruction of the use of technology equipment support education to end users.
*Supports e-learning technology by inputting clinical content into e-learning application and provide adjunctive service such as voice-over.
*Serves as resource for educational data management including data entry, running data analysis to track and measure impact of clinical education services, incorporation of best practice and bench mark comparative data, creation and management of service scorecards. Supports electronic medical records documentation and practice education scheduling/tracking/outcomes, web page utilization, clinical resource utilization as examples.
*Serves to track all data supporting best practices and organizational initiatives.
*Supports Learning Management Services through data entry, liaison with teams supporting LMS technology, managing data, generating reports
*Researches and responds to requests for information from internal and external sources
*Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations.

* Serves as point for creating, managing, and updating clinical education and nursing web sites
*Performs other functions as required.
Bachelors degree in healthcare, business, computer science, education or related healthcare field required. 6 years of additional experience in business, healthcare, computer science, education or a related field can be substituted in lieu of degree. Technical/Vocational training as secretary or data manager or equivalent experience required. Previous experience with data entry/management; experience in Windows Office systems is required
