Responsible to Information Technology for guidance, assistance and cooperation to achieve the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness of system service and requests. Responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate, timely service.


  • High school graduate or GED with related experience or training in personal computer systems.
  • Requires up to 2 years’ experience on this or related jobs in a hospital or healthcare facility.


  1. Identifies and initiates resolutions to client problems and concerns associated with office automation equipment, hardware and software to the client’s satisfaction.
  2. Plans and coordinates the purchase, installation and implementation of office automation hardware and software according to department standards and procedures.
  3. Uphold the corporate policy guidelines as well as recommend new and improved guidelines to ensure compatibility and better service company users of personal computers.
  4. Responsible for the performance of program design and program coding integration and testing code.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.
