Job Overview:

Work with Client and the Deloitte Team to define and aide in the implementation of upgrades and changes to the Recover and Protect Tool application. Serve as the primary point of contact in support of Revenue Cycle Tools. Assists with the client’s understanding of how the tools are designed, configuration, first level troubleshooting and support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Tools Administrator will be responsible for acquiring business approvals and coordinating testing
  • Primary contact for internal support for Revenue Cycle Tools.
  • Point of Contact for Revenue Cycle Tools escalation and liaison with Deloitte support team
  • Tools Administrator will coordinate with the Client and Deloitte on any changes or upgrades that need to be deployed to the Recover/Protect Tool
  • Coordinate with client’s DBA’s and Deloitte on performance and data base changes
  • Tools Administrator is responsible for triaging and escalating when necessary, all issues related to the Tools
  • Train the newly on-boarded users of Protect and Recover Applications in understanding how the tools work
  • In addition, the Tools Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:
    • Answering questions related to navigating the Recover & Protect applications
    • User configuration for items such as assignment profiles, groups, and departments
    • Configuration of the benefit engine rules for Protect and collect scope rules for Recover
    • Action code administration and user action configuration
    • Lookup table maintenance
    • Worklist scope configurations
    • Account research related questions and first level troubleshooting for Recover and Protect
  • Work with client and Deloitte to address file feeds and file issues
  • Tools Administrator will provide client’s user access and roles within the tools
  • Aide clients with testing of upgrades and changes to the tool configuration
  • Tools Administrator will monitor the execution of the jobs via daily email notification received from the Protect and Recover application. Notify the client and or Deloitte if necessary, of any errors are encountered during the daily SQL Server jobs
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft.Net, Microsoft (IIS), Microsoft SQL Server Reporting (SSIS)would be desirable
