Analyst, Quality Assurance - Part-Time
Ensuring the quality of work done by the team is in line with Client's and TTEC's requirements Carrying out all required assessments to track and document the quality levels of the team/new hires Provide feedback to the team in line with Client's and TTEC's requirements Work with other QA's and Client Representatives to ensure a clear calibrated approach Work with the Trainers to ensure that both your knowledge, and that of the teams, is as required - Be a role model for the team by promoting the TTEC and Client values Represent the team/floor at any required internal or external meetings, e.g. WBR, job fairs Support the team to meet all targets Support your manager, and wider management team, to deliver our operational requirements F luent in English and one other language from the list below: German, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Arabic or Turkish You are focused on meeting and overachieving Goals/ KPI's and pay attention to details You love helping people Familiarity with Google Ads would be an additional advantage Flexible working hours - part-time (from 3 and up to 20 hours a week, depending on language) Relocation package available(only for Candidates outside Poland) Continuous training Friendly multicultural environment (17 nationalities in our office in Krakow) End of quarter company parties (we love to celebrate successes!)
