UNM Facilities Management (FM) has a greatopportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a FacilitiesServices Tech in FM-Area 3, which services the Southeast side of campus. Thequalified candidate will perform a wide range of facilities services tasks includingnon-technical maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/orair conditioning facilities and equipment, at a level not requiring formallicensure. This position may also be required to perform tasks of otherunlicensed trades, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter,and/or locksmith.
Facilities Management isresponsible for the care and upkeep of the physical campus and builtenvironment. Totaling more than 12 million square feet of interior space and680 acres of land.

|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
High school diploma or GED; successful completion of PPD Trades Training Program and at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
