The Enterprise Application Hosting Services - Operations is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Senior lead on the Cloud Operations team. This roles requires high level of technical expertise required to support the Wells Fargo private cloud platforms and will serve as a direct escalation point for technical issues requiring strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. Candidates must be very comfortable with and have a proven track record of working with large scale Windows based cloud platforms, traditional IIS PaaS platforms, hyper-visors, load balancers and containers.

The ideal candidate will have a balance of technical experience, be detail oriented, able to bring complex problems to a clear resolution and have the soft skills needed to interact daily with .Net developers and Platform Support teams at various levels of management.

Responsibilities:

  • Act in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and team lead for large complex Cloud initiatives.
  • Administer and Support distributed Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Containers)
  • Partner with the LOB Platform/Support teams to deliver technology solutions to address complex platform problems.
  • Troubleshooting and performance tuning.
     


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 10 + years of experience with Windows server operating systems
  • 10+ years of IIS experience
  • 5+ years of F5 LTM experience
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud computing technology
  • 5 + years of PowerShell scripting experience
  • 2+ years of Splunk experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in: statistical analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of building and executing a technical roadmap
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $113,400 Mid: $162,000
AZ-PHX-Northwest Phoenix: Min: $113,400 Mid: $162,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $113,400 Mid: $162,000
