Job Duties include but not limited to:
Contact Centers are a key communication channel for Wells Fargo Customers. You will be responsible for data management and analytic reporting development in support of Contact Center operations teams.
Lead developer role as an individual contributor for the most complex MIS Data Engineering applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available contact center sources and database technology, tools, and existing designs to import data, build dashboards and reports for operations and leadership teams. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of contact center situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Independent project work is a responsibility in this role.
Please note: This position can be based at the Wells Fargo site location(s) in Chandler, AZ. Relocation assistance will not be provided. Applicants should reside in or around the target area(s) or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Other locations may be considered.
Other Desired Qualifications
- 3 + years of contact center experience in the financial services industry
- 3 + years of Core Java experience
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Tableau Dashboard development experience
- 2+ years of experience building tools in Python, Ruby or Perl
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
AZ-Chandler: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000
