CCBIT  (Corporate, Commercial and Investment Banking Technology) is looking for a Technology Operational Governance Principal Associate.  The ideal individual will Continually drive Technology Operational Governance initiatives forward from an execution perspective into sustainment.  They will be:

- Accountable for providing efficient, timely, and reliable service to executives, business partners, and team members and have the ability to prioritize and think critically on tight deadlines.
- Act with strategic intent and sound judgment to lead the development and dissemination of information, communications and materials supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Employ a wide range of tools and tactics to ensure information reaches target audiences with appropriate and measurable impact.
- Demonstrate drive and initiative by leveraging personal technology expertise as well as other sources (meetings, interviews, research, etc.) to obtain and convey information and data in a highly visible, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technology experience
  • 2+ years of compliance experience
  • 2+ years of data collection and reporting experience
  • 5+ years of change management experience
  • 5 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management
  • 2+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to present to senior level executives
  • Ability to research, compile, and present critical operational data in executive summaries
  • Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
