Job Description

Position Summary
Wheel is looking for a Head of Product to build and scale current and future products in the organization. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s driven to solve problems and build effective solutions within a rapidly growing, unique organization. This Leadership-level role will work directly with the CEO to set the product vision and define and drive the roadmap to delight the customer through spectacular products.  Additionally, this role will work closely with Wheel’s Growth function, driving funnel acquisition and efficiency across both the demand and supply side of our marketplace. In this role, you will work cross-functionally alongside Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver world-class products for our users. 
Responsibilities
  • Strategize, design, drive and own the product roadmap
  • Define, instrument and manage to KPIs relevant to the product portfolio and roadmap
  • Align all relevant stakeholders around the product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of product manager and designers, while collaborating closely with the technical engineering team
  • Refine product processes within the team and across the organization to ensure effective communication and execution
  • Develop industry expertise to be able to contextualize the value and positioning of any given opportunity
  • Be the “voice” of our customers and clinicians, evangelizing their needs, wants, and pain points as it relates to their engagement with the Wheel product
  • Drive and manage product-led growth efforts specific to customer and clinician expansion, acquisition, and conversion 
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative user feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy and delight users
  • Continually gather and analyze data to practice evidence-based decision making, leveraging real-world insights, customer feedback, and business intelligence   
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven Product Management experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of defining and executing world-class consumer/B2B products in a high-velocity environment
  • Leadership DNA - proven ability to excite, influence, inspire and lead a successful cross-functional team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions and low-level technical discussions
  • Familiarity with user experience and user interface best practices across mobile web and mobile app products
  • Experience in managing end to end app release cycles, from product, design development, UAT, QA, post-release monitoring, analytics and reporting
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design
  • Deep understanding of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
